We welcome all types of footwear — whether it's Converse, Dr. Martens, or another favourite pair. If you'd like to send in your own shoes or boots for customisation, please contact us directly for details on the process, shipping instructions, and design options.

How It Works: Sending Your Boots for Custom Painting

1. Get in Touch: Once you’ve contacted me, I will provide you with my shipping address.

2. Send Your Shoes: You send your boots or shoes to me at the provided address.

3. Custom Painting: I carefully hand-paint your chosen design with love and attention to detail.

4. Return Shipping: After the artwork is complete and sealed, I’ll send your unique shoes back to you.

How long does the paint last? 

Our bespoke hand-painted shoes and boots are crafted to last. Each pair is painted in multiple layers using high-quality, durable materials and sealed with a professional-grade finish. With proper care, the artwork will last as long as the boots themselves – ensuring your custom design stays vibrant and timeless. 

Are the designs waterproof? 

Yes, your bespoke hand-painted shoes are water-resistant. However, we do not recommend placing them in a washing machine, as this may damage the artwork and materials. To clean your custom footwear, simply wipe with a clean, damp cloth and allow to air dry. Gentle care will help preserve the paint and finish for long-lasting wear.

How long does shipment take? 

Most bespoke shoe orders are completed within 3–4 weeks. If you require a faster turnaround time, please don’t hesitate to contact us – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Every pair is handcrafted with care to ensure exceptional quality and lasting design.

Do you take returns?

Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our hand-painted footwear, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure all design choices, sizes, and custom details are correct at the time of ordering. If you have any questions before placing your order, we’re happy to help clarify your options.

We offer a selection of high-quality colored crystals that can be added to your bespoke shoes for an extra touch of luxury and sparkle. These premium crystals are among the highest quality available, ensuring maximum shine and brilliance.

Care Instructions for Crystal-Embellished Shoes:

To maintain the longevity and appearance of your crystal-adorned footwear:

Avoid Heat Exposure: Do not leave your shoes in overheated environments such as direct sunlight, near radiators, or heaters. Excessive heat may soften the adhesive, potentially causing crystals to shift, loosen, or fall off.

Cleaning Tips: Gently wipe the crystals with a soft, damp cloth. For any debris between the stones, use a lightly dampened cotton bud.

Do Not Pick or Scratch: Avoid picking at the crystals, as this may damage the adhesive and cause them to detach.

Spare Crystals Included: Each order with crystal embellishments includes a few spare crystals for minor repairs, ensuring your shoes remain flawless over time.
